These terms describe use of Chimney Sweep Pages, a US chimney company directory and homeowner education site. Read them with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

What you can do here

You can browse company profiles, filter by recorded location and service, read educational resources and prepare a contractor brief. The site does not inspect homes, perform chimney work, book appointments or accept payment for contractor services. The brief builder does not transmit its contents to providers.

Your dealings with a provider

Contact details and external links lead to independent businesses. Confirm the legal business identity, current service area, qualifications, insurance, scope and price before contracting. Any appointment, estimate, contract or payment is arranged directly with the provider, not through this directory.

Company information and corrections

Information can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. A source status is not a guarantee of competence. Send correction requests with the page URL, affected field and supporting evidence. Do not email confidential customer records, identity documents or payment details.

Editorial resources and tools

Guides and tools support research, not diagnosis, engineering, code interpretation or emergency response. Casebook examples are illustrative, and AI imagery is not evidence of a real job. Do not use this material to authorize roof access, appliance modifications or continued use of a potentially unsafe system.

Search presentation and commercial features

The current search interface offers location, business-name and recently-updated sorting. It does not offer a paid-placement control or a booking or lead-submission form.
